[4] Three types of salt-grilled beef: Premium Wagyu short ribs, Premium Wagyu sirloin, Wagyu misuji (shoulder tender)
[5] Two types of offal: Premium tripe (salt sauce) and white tripe (salt sauce)
[6] A large piece of aged meat! Wagyu Chateaubriand
[7] Gyutatsu Special Bibimbap or Morioka Cold Noodles or Meat Sushi
